Perido is now looking for a Switchboard Operator at 75% for a position with our client in Borlänge. In this role, you will be a central contact point in the operations, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and contributing to a professional and well-functioning daily routine.

About the Position

Perido is currently seeking a Switchboard Operator for a temporary assignment with our client in Borlänge from June 1st to August 7th. It is important that you are available for the entire duration of the assignment. You will have a central role responsible for manning the authority's switchboard and, if necessary, receiving visitors in the reception area. Other typical duties for the role may also apply. This assignment is suitable for you if you are communicative, solution-oriented, and enjoy providing professional service in every interaction.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 16:00
• Friday: 09:00 – 13:00

Working hours may be subject to change in unforeseen circumstances.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent
• At least six (6) months of work experience as a receptionist and/or switchboard operator
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent software
• Experience using telephone switchboards and routing systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Scope and Start Date

Part-time 30 hours/week (75%). Consultancy assignment until 2026-08-07, with the possibility of extension. Start date 2026-06-01.
